We hope you can join us for Australian Communities Foundation’s next Corporate and Workplace Funds Peer Group meeting.
This session will focus on practical ways to engage staff in giving and volunteering, sharing ideas that can work across a range of organisational sizes and structures.
We’ll hear from Holly Bond, People Experience & Community Manager at TechnologyOne, who will share approaches her team has used to increase staff participation and create meaningful, memorable engagement opportunities. Holly will also discuss one example – TechnologyOne’s Impact Buses – and the lessons learned along the way.
There will be time for peer discussion, reflection, and sharing what’s working (or not) in your own organisation.
About our guest:
Driven by a deep passion for social impact and sustainability, Holly brings extensive experience in leadership, business development, and fundraising. At TechnologyOne, Holly leads people, culture, employee experience and Foundation activities in line with the organisation’s People & Culture strategy.
