AIME Mentoring

Since 2005, building upon 60,000+ years of Indigenous genius in Australia where AIME was born, we’ve been shifting deeply entrenched systems and solving seemingly intractable problems. We do this by bridging marginalized youth and Indigenous intelligence with those holding institutional power: valuing and centring marginalised intelligence to create healthy relational networks and alternative economic frameworks that work for all. It’s a model that is rigorously researched and evidence-backed, independently validated by Harvard, KPMG, leading universities, and systems thinkers worldwide.

Having built the largest volunteer movement of University students and helping solve the intractable problem of ‘Indigenous disadvantage’ back home in Australia closing a 35+% gap in education and post-education outcomes for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander young peoples, the movement has spread rapidly internationally, with the network of our impact spanning 52 countries and our wider relational network spread over 100 countries, centering imagination, mentoring & custodianship to help build a fairer world for all, humans and our more than human kin.
