Established in 1951, Endeavour Foundation is dedicated to supporting people with intellectual disability (individuals) so they may live fulfilling lives at home, at work and within the community. We partner with individuals, their families and caregivers to deliver tailored supports that address their personal needs, goals and interests.
Our mission is to improve opportunities and make possibilities a reality for individuals with intellectual disability by removing barriers and championing inclusivity. To achieve this, we offer choice in supportive services and programs that include learning and lifestyle hubs, supported employment, specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living, individualised support, and advocacy.
Our combined Keon Park Social Enterprise worksite and Learning and Lifestyle hub in Thomastown, Victoria currently supports 177 local individuals with intellectual disability. The worksite offers supported employment, training and work experience, while the hub offers educational, recreational and social programs. Our person-centred services focus on enhancing individuals’ opportunities, empowering them to develop skills, build confidence, gain independence and reach their goals through meaningful work and engaging learning experiences.
