Full Circle Social Enterprises

Full Circle Social Enterprises is an Australian-based DGR endorsed charity creating transformative, sustainable change by empowering underserved communities through education and leadership development. Guided by the belief that “We rise by lifting others”, their mission is to break cycles of poverty and inequality by equipping first generation learners with the skills, confidence and opportunities to access meaningful futures.

The Full Circle Leadership Program, delivered in partnership with Future Hope School in Kolkata, India, complements formal education with modules in Foundational, Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, Speaker Series, Employability and Sex Education. Program content is designed to address gaps between classroom learning and the skills students need to build emotional intelligence, confidence and resilience.

Full Circle Social Enterprises funds a dedicated local Leadership Coach and develops curriculum and lesson plans. The model enables additional teachers to be trained so the program can scale and is not dependent on a single resource. Robust measurement frameworks track changes in student confidence, leadership behaviours, emotional intelligence and future aspirations. The Program is designed to strengthen both students and educators, embedding change within schools rather than relying on short term interventions.

Current priorities include expanding leadership pathways for first generation learners, strengthening educator capability, and scaling their proven model through deeper school partnerships.

Funding directly supports program delivery, leadership coaching, curriculum development and impact measurement – maximising long term, systemic outcomes.

Future goals are to expand to additional schools across underprivileged communities with the support of philanthropic and other sustainable fundraising sources.
