Organisation Summary

Heal.ed Tribe support vulnerable girls and young women (aged 10-25) navigating complex mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal distress. Many of the young people who come through their doors have already fallen through gaps in the system. Some have been hospitalised. Some have disengaged from school. Many families are overwhelmed and unsure where to turn.

Heal.ed Tribe exist to provide early, accessible support before crisis becomes lifelong struggle. Through mentoring, therapeutic programs, creative therapies, wellbeing workshops, and safe community spaces, they help young people rebuild emotional safety, confidence, connection, and hope. Their approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in belonging. Every week, Heal.ed Tribe see the impact of early intervention. When young people are supported early, they are more likely to stay engaged in education, strengthen relationships, and move toward recovery.

Demand for their services continues to grow, with more young people reaching out for support than ever before. Funding enables them to provide subsidised therapeutic sessions, youth mentoring, eating disorder support, and safe, consistent spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and not alone.

Behind every referral is a young person trying to hold themselves together. With the right support, at the right time, their story can change.
