Living and Learning Packenham

Living and Learning Pakenham is a not-for-profit charity. They are a Learn Local and Neighbourhood House whose role is to provide education and skills training to adults predominantly from Multicultural and Refugee populations. Living and Learning Pakenham celebrate diversity and inclusion and provide a safe and trusted environment for people to learn and grow in the community they have chosen to call home. They can also access social skills referrals services, legal advice and tax relief sessions for Centre users. They provide English as an additional language and also courses on basic and intermediate computer skills, Job Readiness courses and Art Therapy for employability sessions.

Living and Learning Pakenham auspice the Bile Hub and Future Seeds program as well as the Community and Sensory Garden. They are proud to host and auspice the Men’s Shed and Women’s Friendship Cafe. In July 2026 they launched the Community Kitchen program.

Living and Learning Pakenham priorities are to empower the most ” at risk ” and disadvantaged community members so they can thrive and lead their best life.
