Organisation Summary

Reach Her is a Perth-based non profit organisation dedicated to empowering women particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), migrant, and underserved backgrounds to achieve economic independence, holistic wellbeing, and social connection.

We address the systemic, cultural, and structural barriers that exclude women from traditional employment pathways or keep them trapped in low-paid, insecure work. By combining practical education with wellbeing support, Reach Her equips women with the confidence, skills, and networks required to enter or re-enter the workforce, secure stable employment, or build self-employment pathways.

Our core initiatives include:

-Reach Her Business School: A subsidized, three-stage entrepreneurship program (Basic Business Foundations, EmpowerHer, and AccelerateHer) guiding women from idea validation to launching and scaling viable businesses.
-Wellbeing & Leadership Programs: Culturally safe workshops, mentoring, and personal development initiatives that combat social isolation, build resilience, and foster community belonging.
-Employment Pathways & Skills Training: Tailored education, scholarships, and direct opportunities designed to generate paid work and long-term financial security.

By offering a flexible and culturally inclusive alternative to conventional services, Reach Her bridges critical community gaps. To date, we have supported over 1,500 women, generated more than 5,000 hours of paid employment, and launched over 50 women-led businesses delivering lasting economic and social impact across Western Australia.
