REBOOT: Mindset Academy

Reboot Mindset Academy is a charity founded by former National Rugby League players Mitchell Pearce and Todd Carney. Together with their dedicated team of specialised counsellors, psychologists, and experienced mentors, they are committed to helping people of all ages and genders overcome challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.

While our programs are open to everyone, we place a strong emphasis on supporting young people, many of whom have faced significant adversity early in life—experiences that may have left them feeling disengaged, unmotivated, and unsure of their future. Mitchell and Todd and their team work closely with these young people, providing guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to help them rediscover their strengths, build confidence, and find a positive sense of direction.
