The Social Justice Advocates of the Sapphire Coast (SJASC) is a volunteer-led, registered charity based in the Bega Valley Shire that works to reduce homelessness, respond to disaster-related hardship, and advocate for people experiencing disadvantage.
The SJASC also advocates for environmental and climate action, supporting initiatives such as environment justice, community education, and local projects including the Power to the People Community Solar Garden and Flywheel Energy Storage System Pilot Project. The SJASC combines direct practical assistance with community advocacy, resilience-building, and stewardship of both people and place across the Sapphire Coast region in NSW.
