South West Community Legal Centre Inc. (SWCLC) is a not-for-profit organisation providing free legal services to disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals across the South West region of Western Australia. Established in 1988, SWCLC is the only community legal centre between Mandurah and Albany, serving a population of over 181,000 through our main office in Bunbury and outreach services in seven regional centres.
Many people in our region face significant barriers to accessing legal support due to financial hardship, geographic isolation, cultural and linguistic diversity, disability, or experiences of violence and trauma. SWCLC addresses these challenges by offering accessible legal advice, representation, and education to ensure justice is available to all, regardless of circumstance.
With over 30 years of trusted service in the South West community, our deep knowledge and relationships with the local community and our experienced legal professionals, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality support and advocacy to individuals and communities across the South West to achieve fair and just legal outcomes.
