The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation harnesses the transformative power of sport to deliver community-led programs across Victoria’s West that break down barriers, inspiring and empowering individuals to become agents of change in their communities. Their mission is to address systemic health and social inequalities by engaging vulnerable, diverse, and underrepresented communities through trusted, culturally safe initiatives.

Operating across three strategic pillars—Health & Wellbeing, Youth Leadership & Empowerment, and Equity & Inclusion—Western Bulldogs Community Foundation supports over 5,000 participants annually. Their programs are co-designed with community and stakeholder input to ensure they are responsive, accessible, and outcomes driven.

Western Bulldogs Community Foundation initiatives support a wide cross-section of the community, including newly arrived migrants, First Nations youth, people from multicultural backgrounds, and individuals experiencing poor physical or mental health.
