Centre 360 supports financially disadvantaged and at risk young people aged 12-24 and their families. C360 provides free, accessible and flexible one-to-one counselling and outreach support in South-Eastern Sydney for as long as a young people need it. Our clients established a Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) in 2022 and the lived expertise and voices of young people inform every aspect of our service.

We pride ourselves on our point of difference, offering specialised, medium-term free counselling for young people experiencing significant financial/social barriers. We walk alongside young people supporting them to navigate their pathway to better mental health, increased capacity, improved quality of life and wellness decision-making. We are not a one-hour session in a counselling room. When our clients need wrap-around support, we go further, advocating for them in the health and court systems, Centrelink, Housing so they stay engaged in education and put the supports in place to enable their participation.

We listen to young people via the YAC and innovate service delivery based on what they tell us. The YAC said we need to do more in providing wrap-around advocacy supports and to provide these supports to more young people. We are seeking funding to meet increasing demand and the increasingly complicated circumstances that young people face post-COVID and the isolation/alienation they tell us they feel.
