Hosanna Australia Association Incorporated is a charity organisation established in 2023 an registered in 2024 whose purpose is to advance the culture of Christian music by:
- Funding the public performance of works of Christian music performed by Australian performers
- Providing scholarships for Australian performers to attend advanced training in Christian music composition and performance, and
- Funding workshops so that experienced Australian performers are able to share their knowledge of Christian music performance with emerging performers.
- Spreading the teachings of Jesus through music
- Organising concerts and events where Christian Music Artists can express and share their talents with members of our communities bringing positive entertainment.
- Recognising and appreciating Christian Music Artists in our community through award programs.
Project Summary
Hosanna Night of Honour is a red carpet event organised By Hosanna Australia yearly to honour, appreciate and promote Christian music talent in our community. A suitable venue, sound system, lighting, cameras with a technical crew has been hired to manage the event. Hosanna Night of Honour is scheduled for the 02 of November 2024 at the Kingsway Theatre Hall Darch in Perth, Western Australia.
We have contacted more than 30 churches around Western Australia requesting for them to nominate an artist from their churches to take part in Hosanna 2024. The night will have performances from at least 10 of the artists and awards, including monetary donations, will be handed to around 20 selected established and emerging artists who have shown a level of commitments in using Christian music as an instrument to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Project Outcomes
The most important outcome of this event is that the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be reached out to many through music. We are looking forward to around 10 Christian artists singing on the night. Hosanna Night of Honour is a family event and we look forward to see an atmosphere where parents come with their kids to enjoy positive music that brings, joy, happiness, peace, comfort, entertaining and above all, transformation.
The payments that we offer participating artists will help them record more albums and grow their career, increasing the spread of Christian music in our communities. Testimonies will be shared by some experience artist to motivate younger Artists. We also expect to attract investors to invest in young Christian music talent. Participants will make new friends and connections.
