The Trustee of Australian Communities Foundation is Australian Communities Foundation Ltd, a company limited by guarantee. It is a not-for-profit company that acts as Trustee for three charitable Trust Funds as follows:
DGR1: Deductible Gift Recipient Item 1 | DGR2: Deductible Gift Recipient Item 2 | ITE: Income Tax Exempt

Operations are overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors made up of leaders representing a broad cross-section of the community.
