Investment Update and Impact Opportunities

Profile of Australian Communities Foundation
Hosted by Australian Communities Foundation
02 November 2023

We’re delighted to invite members of our giving community to hear first-hand from some of Australia’s leading practitioners and advocates for responsible investing.

Join us at the Community of Giving or online for an update on Australian Communities Foundation’s (ACF) current investment portfolio, and gain a better understanding of how we invest funds for impact.

Our speakers are investment manager Sue Dahn, Consultant and Representative at Pitcher Partners and Chair of ACF’s Investment Committee; Craig Connelly, Partner at Perpetual Private; Benson Saulo, Managing Partner at First Australians Capital; and Tim Macready, Brightlight’s Head of Global Advisory.

The seminar will cover:

  • Australian Communities Foundation’s current investment portfolio, returns, and market conditions
  • How a foundation’s corpus can be invested for impact
  • Interesting opportunities for impact investments beyond your fund, including debt and patient capital
  • ACF’s commitment to responsible investing within the philanthropic sector and our desire to grow it.

This is a unique opportunity to enrich your understanding of how we are amplifying impact through our investments and to learn more about ACF’s responsible investing within the philanthropic sector. Register now to reserve your spot.
