Fund Advisor Survey now open: Have your say

Fund Advisor Survey now open: Have your say

As our giving community continues to grow across Australia, we want to make sure we’re staying connected to what matters most to you.

Supporting our Fundholders and ensuring you feel confident and connected in your giving is at the heart of everything we do. Your feedback is essential to that process, helping us better understand how we can support your philanthropic goals.

This is why we ask our Fundholders to complete a short survey on their experience with ACF. Every response shapes the way we improve our services, whether that means making Fund management simpler, creating more opportunities to connect, or providing resources that help you achieve the impact you want to see.

Last year, your input led to real change. You told us you value our expertise and our sense of community, and wanted help planning the long-term direction of your Funds.

In response, we created more opportunities to connect and launched the ACF Good Giving Toolkit – a practical guide to giving with purpose, designed to help you set goals and plan for impact.

The 2024 survey also gave us valuable insights into what matters most to our community. Climate and education emerged as top giving priorities, closely followed by First Nations, housing, health, and social inclusion. These findings helped shape the program of learning and granting opportunities we shared throughout the year and to connect Fundholders with organisations leading work on the issues our community cares most about.

This is your chance to influence the support and resources you receive in 2026 and beyond.

You can answer a few quick questions or take five minutes to share more. Every response matters and helps us shape our community together.

The survey is anonymous unless you choose to share your details, and closes Thursday, 18 December.
