Amplifying Your Giving with Strategy: A climate case study with the Pollinate Fund

How much more impact could your giving have with a clear strategy?

Join fellow ACF Fundholders for a practical peer-learning session on using strategy to maximise your philanthropic impact.

A part of the Impact Fund 2026 program, ACF Fundholders Luci Folder and Ben Sharpe will share the evolution of their Fund, Pollinate, and their journey towards a more intentional approach to giving. They’ll discuss how their strategy has developed over time, the lessons they’ve learned along the way, and the key principles that shape their philanthropy today.

No matter what issues or communities you support, this session will offer practical ideas for making your giving more focused and effective.

Join us in this session to explore:

  • How to develop a focused giving strategy
  • Practical lessons from the Pollinate Fund’s philanthropic journey
  • Approaches to long-term, trust-based and community-led funding
  • Balancing strategy with flexibility as opportunities emerge
  • How collaborative giving and co-funding can amplify impact
