Adam is a commercial strategist, investor and advisor with a proven track record in consumer marketing and technology. He has a passion for innovation and social impact and is committed to helping organisations increase their positive impact. Adam is a Director and member of the Investment Committee for Australian Communities Foundation, a member of the Besen Family Foundation Investment Committee as well as managing the investment portfolio for his Family Office.

Tim Macready – Chief Investment Officer, Brightlight

Tim has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and 10 years of experience in impact investing. As Chief Investment Officer at Brighlight, Tim has designed and implemented the investment strategy for Christian Super’s $1.4bn investment portfolio while building Christians Super’s world-leading Impact Investment capability.
