Philanthropy Intentions & Directions During and Post COVID-19: Part Two
The RESET 2020 Research Study and session registrations from hundreds of organisations have identified many questions about philanthropy and funding – such as the opportunities and practical support available; the impacts on funders; giving in an era of bushfires, floods and COVID-19.
For Part Two in this webinar series, Australian Communities Foundation CEO Maree Sidey will join Natalie Egleton (CEO, FRRR) to answer some of these questions.
Time
Tuesday 30 June 2020
12:00 – 1:00pm AEST
Speakers
Maree Sidey, CEO, Australian Communities Foundation
Maree will update us on the National Funding Platform initiative, talk about the opportunities for both funders and fund-seekers, how the Platform works, and share some inspiring success stories from this initiative.
Natalie Egleton, CEO, Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR)
FRRR works closely with philanthropy, government and private sector to strengthen rural, regional and remote communities. Natalie will bring a perspective of COVID-19 that envelopes the cumulative impacts post bushfires and floods, the increasing support from private sector, and the current and planned initiatives.
