Reach Us Pilbara Inc. provides practical support services and advocacy to local Pilbara residents affected by cancer. This service was previously unavailable in the region prior to our inception in 2016. The discovery of a lack of support services was the driving force behind our founder choosing to establish a charity whilst still undergoing her own treatment for breast cancer in 2016.

Clients diagnosed with (any form of) cancer, at any stage of their treatment and living in the Pilbara Region are able to access our support services that include but are not limited to: cleaning, gardening, counselling, meal preparation, physiotherapy, childcare, support group sessions, group sessions, equipment rental, complementary therapies and travel assistance (outside of PATS). All services provided to our clients are done so using local Pilbara businesses supporting our goal of ‘Locals helping locals’. Many people living in the Pilbara region often have little to no family around to assist them during this difficult time of their lives so assistance with small day to day activities have a huge impact to the quality of life for clients.
