Organisation Summary

Reflex is a trauma response and recovery service that shows up when it counts. We provide mobile, rapid-response counselling and support in the critical days and weeks after crisis. Our mission is clear: no one should fall through the cracks.

We exist because trauma doesn’t wait. Public services often respond too late. Private care is out of reach for many. People in crisis are left to coordinate their own care, repeat their story over and over, and try to hold themselves together.

Reflex bridges that gap with fast, effective, person-centered care. Our services cover crisis response, referral services, and community education. We offer both free and fee-for-service programs to keep our work sustainable and scalable.
Right now, our priorities are growing our rapid response capacity, strengthening partnerships, and securing a permanent space for community-based care.
