I’m passionate about…
I’m particularly motivated by initiatives that address structural disadvantage and improve outcomes for young people and their communities, and I enjoy connecting funders with opportunities that drive real change. My lived experience as a carer influences my professional practice, and I am passionate about leveraging resources, insights, and the voice of lived experience to design and implement programs that address community needs.
My experience
I’m a dynamic values-led manager with experience in philanthropy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. I have experience working across family foundations, not-for-profits, and corporate philanthropy, including roles at State Trustees, Equity Trustees, Gandel Foundation and Neighbourhood Houses Victoria. I work part-time at ACF and also at Neighbourhood Houses Victoria, where I have continued as project manager of several major projects for the neighbourhood house sector. I bring a strong focus on impact, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice philanthropy.
