Introducing our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Australian Communities Foundation is honoured to share its first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) – a meaningful step forward in our journey toward a fairer and more sustainable Australia.

This plan represents our deep commitment to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and supporting their right to self-determination in all areas of life. This Reflect RAP outlines a set of practical actions and meaningful commitments that will guide our efforts to deepen relationships, build respect, and create more opportunities for First Nations communities across all areas of our work.

Thank you to everyone in our community who continues to walk this path with us. Your commitment to reconciliation inspires and empowers lasting change.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants and Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, learn and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.

Australian Communities Foundation is a proudly inclusive organisation and an ally of LGBTQIA+ communities and the movement toward equality.
