Anglicare Victoria is one of Victoria’s largest providers of out-of-home care and Family Services, and one of Australia’s most innovative agencies. Supporting more than ~30,000 Victorians every year, in 96 locations across metropolitan, rural and regionals centres, with deep connections into local communities, providing a diverse range of programs and partnerships to meet and support local needs. Anglicare Victoria demonstrates expertise and leadership in strengthening children, young people and families experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.

We find innovative ways to overcome challenges and to make the system better.

Anglicare Victora have continued to lead advocacy for young people exiting care. Championing Home Stretch: a once-in-a-generation policy reform to Australia’s child welfare system – with every state and territory having now adopted Home Stretch to extend Out-of-Home Care for all young people to the age of 21.

Every day our frontline workers see people stressed financially and emotionally. Our 16 emergency relief centres across the state remain vital lifelines for thousands of people every month, providing food parcels, medication, vouchers and clothing.
