Aussie Ark is driven by a visionary mission to safeguard Australia’s native wildlife from the brink of extinction, with a particular emphasis on species that once flourished in the Barrington region and broadly regional NSW.
Aussie Ark has a commitment that will benefit 20 species through outcome-oriented conservation initiatives. We do a great deal of work surrounding habitat restoration, feral herbivore control, feral pest and weed exclusion, fire management, community engagement and field science programs.
The Conservation Masterplan devised by Aussie Ark represents a transformative approach that will benefit 20 species through outcome-oriented conservation initiatives. These initiatives not only ensure the establishment of resilient and well-protected populations but also aim to augment and enhance the species’ viability in their natural habitats.
