Camp Autism WA is a volunteer‑run, not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to supporting Western Australian families with children on the Autism Spectrum. Every dollar raised goes directly into delivering meaningful programs, weekend camps, and community events that strengthen family wellbeing and connection.
We create inclusive, non‑judgemental environments where children, siblings, parents, carers, and extended family can participate together. Our camps and activities are designed to encourage social interaction, sensory exploration, confidence building, and the development of new skills — all while having fun and forming genuine connections with others who understand their experiences.
Since incorporating in 2012, Camp Autism WA has grown significantly, expanding beyond camps to include major community events such as our Christmas Party, Easter Party, parents’ gatherings, and school‑holiday catch‑ups. These programs play a vital role in reducing social isolation, easing carer burnout, and building strong, supportive networks for families navigating similar challenges.
Today, Camp Autism WA continues to make a meaningful difference to hundreds of families across Western Australia by fostering belonging, resilience, and joy. Our organisation remains committed to creating accessible, family‑centred experiences that empower autistic individuals and strengthen the communities around them.
