Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is a ground-breaking, global centre of expertise for cerebral palsy research, advocacy, intervention, and assistive technology innovation. For over 75 years, we have been driven by our founders’ vision of a future where nothing is impossible for people with cerebral palsy (CP) and similar conditions. Today, our 2500+ employees and 150,000+ donors, fundraisers, and entrepreneurs, are contributing to solving the next set of impossibilities.
CPA supports around 6,500 babies, children, and adults with disability from 138 locations across NSW and ACT with early childhood intervention, therapy, health and wellbeing, sports, assistive technology, independence skill building, accommodation, and supported employment services. Our Research Foundation was established in 2005 to support and fund the prevention, treatment, and cure for CP, which affects 17 million+ people worldwide. We are the world’s largest private funder of CP research.
Our goals are to provide services and strategies for every stage of life; find ways to prevent, treat and cure CP and develop technologies to improve life and advocate for change that matters
