Common Equity Housing SA Ltd (Common Equity) is a member-focused, not-for-profit umbrella organisation comprising housing co-ops and directly managed tenancies. The core Common Equity model provides support services to housing co-ops run by members, enabling them to allocate time and energy to building strong communities, social networks, and achieving better health and well-being outcomes for their members. Common Equity is a registered Tier 2 community housing provider.
