At Confident Girls Foundation, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through the power of netball, we support girls aged 5-30, especially those in remote, rural, and marginalised communities—helping them build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.

We know that sport is more than just a game. It’s a pathway to empowerment, belonging, and a brighter future. That’s why we work with grassroots and community-based organisations to deliver programs that break down financial and social barriers, challenge gender stereotypes, and create safe spaces for girls to grow.

Since our beginning, we’ve supported over 85,000 girls and young women across 474 locations in Australia. Through more than 900 programs, we’ve helped girls facing adversity discover their inner strength, connect with their communities, and develop life skills that will serve them for years to come.

Our mission is simple: empowering marginalised girls through netball. By tackling key drivers of gender bias and fostering inclusion, we are shaping a future where all girls have the opportunity to achieve their full potential—on and off the court.
