Core Mens Business primary focus is no longer applying a band aid to the effects of domestic violence, but to stop it from ever occurring in the first place. CMB is the solution that Domestic Violence so desperately needs. We envision a safer, more just society where men of all cultures take responsibility for ending violence, transforming harmful beliefs, and building respectful relationships.

Core Mens Business is a culturally inclusive organisation committed to shifting the burden of change from victims to perpetrators. We work directly with men who use violence to foster accountability, challenge entrenched belief systems, and address the personal and social vulnerabilities that drive abusive behaviours.

Through culturally safe, trauma-informed, and holistic case management, we walk alongside men from diverse backgrounds—including First Nations communities, supporting them to make meaningful, sustained behavioural change.
We exist to disrupt the status quo that continues to place the responsibility on women to report, to leave, or to adapt. Instead, we centre our efforts on the men responsible for harm, calling them in with compassion and holding them accountable with care, while collaborating with communities and systems to create pathways to safety, dignity, and respect.
