Cosmos Alliance is a Perth-based, Christian health and development organisation whose vision is to see communities transformed through sustainable health initiatives. Cosmos Alliance currently supports a variety of projects across Zimbabwe, Uganda and Papua New Guinea, working to improve health outcomes in communities where access to basic medical care is limited. Their mission is to provide quality, holistic training and health programs in underserved rural and peri-urban areas worldwide and does this through working in partnership with local organisations and governments who best understand the needs of their communities and are experts in their own contexts.
Being a small and agile organisation, Cosmos Alliance has the flexibility of responding quickly to partner organisation needs as well as the opportunity to form reciprocal, long-term relationships, helping to break down the challenges and complexities of donor-centric agendas.
Funding for Cosmos Alliance’s work will increase project funding allocations to their partner organisations according to partner capacities, enabling greater reach and impact of the work of these partner organisations.
