Court Network is a free community support service that helps people to better understand and navigate the court system. We are committed to ensuring no one faces the legal justice system alone and believe the access to justice begins with every court user feeling valued and heard.
Our highly trained volunteers, known as Networkers, stand beside all court users – victims, accused, witnesses, family, friends and support people – to help them navigate, understand and manage their day in court.
Our Networkers provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to build court user confidence and understanding of court processes and help equip them to participate in court.
Court Network operates in 29 courts in Victoria and 5 specialist family violence courts in Queensland.
Court Network provides (non-legal) support, information and referrals over the phone before court, and in-person support during court.
