Different Journeys creates social impact by supporting unpaid carers and autistic individuals through connection, advocacy, and practical assistance.
We help carers manage the impact of their responsibilities on work and wellbeing, access free support services, and navigate complex systems. By fostering mutual understanding between carers and employers, we reduce staff turnover and promote sustainable employment.
Over the past eight years, we’ve supported over 10,000 individuals, replacing isolation with connection and acknowledging the vital, often unseen, contribution of carers to our community.
