Archer Studio is a creative agency by and for the LGBTQIA+ community. We create media, campaigns, and digital content that authentically represent LGBTQIA+ communities and its many intersections. With over 15 years of experience, we work in deep consultation with the communities we’re representing, never speaking on their behalf without their input. Our work is grounded in trust, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of queer lived experience.

From the team behind Archer Magazine, our studio is led by a small group of disabled queer people. It provides paid opportunities for multiply marginalised LGBTQIA+ Australians, including people of colour, Indigenous people, migrants, sex workers, and more. We focus on employment, professional development, and training to address economic inequities in the creative industry. By creating inclusive, respectful campaigns, we not only uplift disadvantaged peoples but also contribute to broader societal change, promoting cultural and racial inclusion, gender equality, and community resilience. This work benefits both LGBTQIA+ individuals and society by encouraging diversity, empathy, and understanding in the mainstream.
