Foodbank Australia is the national organisation behind Foodbank, a not-for-profit, non-denominational, federated organisation providing food relief in every state and territory in Australia.
Our vision is an Australia without hunger because we believe everyone should have access to good food.
Our mission is to provide healthy, nutritious meals to everyday Australians going without, contributing to improved physical health, increased emotional wellbeing, reduced isolation, and better stronger, relationships across communities.
We do this by enabling the state Foodbanks to achieve excellence in foodbanking through our national programs, sourcing and distributing food and groceries; promoting community awareness of the problem; and advocating for better solutions.
