Fossung Multicultural and Education Services

FMAES (Fossung Multicultural and Education Services) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting people experiencing socio-economic disadvantage or vulnerability, with a particular focus on asylum seekers, refugees, migrants, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Our work centres on two interconnected areas: community and economic development, and education, training, and employment. We aim to empower individuals to overcome barriers to participation by providing programs that enhance skills, build confidence, and open pathways to opportunities.

Through community-led initiatives, we deliver settlement support, career coaching, and mentoring services, enabling people to navigate new environments and access essential resources. Our education programs include English language development, digital literacy, vocational preparation, and academic tutoring, equipping participants with the tools needed to succeed in work, study, and everyday life in Australia.

FMAES is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, resilience, and independence. By working collaboratively with local communities, educational institutions, and service providers, we ensure our programs are culturally responsive and inclusive.
