Green Connect Farm Ltd is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Warrawong, NSW. We grow fresh, organic produce and create employment pathways for young people and former refugees through our urban farm.
At the heart of Green Connect is our 11-acre permaculture farm, where we grow seasonal fruit, vegetables, and herbs using organic principles. Our produce is shared with the local community through our weekly veg boxes, connecting people with food that is fresh, local, and grown with care.
But we are more than a farm. Green Connect provides hands-on work experience, training, and support for people facing barriers to employment. Through meaningful work and a supportive environment, participants build skills, confidence, and pathways into long-term jobs.
We also welcome the community onto the farm through programs like Farm Kindy, school visits, volunteering, and events, helping people reconnect with where their food comes from and learn about sustainable living.
Each veg box, farm visit, and partnership contributes to something bigger — a more fair, inclusive, and sustainable food system.
Green Connect is where people, food, and community come together to create lasting impact.
