Organisation Summary

At Hands On Heart Collective, we believe that every young person – no matter their postcode, background, or ability – deserves access to high-quality, engaging education. We are an Australian not-for-profit organisation providing free and low-cost educational support to children and young people who home educate. We assist those who are:

  • Having difficulties with school attendance or exhibiting school refusal
  • Needing immediate assistance with system transitions, including in and out of homeschooling
  • Experiencing disadvantage or poverty
  • Living in rural or remote areas with limited access to education
  • Navigating disability or neurodivergence
  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

We deliver online and community-based learning programs designed with warmth, creativity, and inclusion at their core. Through our Modern Waldorf curriculum and accessible support groups, we blend evidence-informed practices with holistic education to meet young people where they are, and to help them grow.

Hands on Heart Collective PTY LTD (NFP) is a partner for Project B090N Hands on Heart Collective with Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993).
