Hare Krishna food for life, West Sydney Limited

We’re a not-for-profit community service initiative dedicated to providing free, nutritious vegetarian meals to individuals and families in need across Western Sydney. Rooted in the compassionate principles of the ancient Vedic tradition and inspired by the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, our mission is to serve without discrimination and uphold the universal value of “paropakāra” or service to others.

Established as part of the global Food for Life program, one of the world’s largest plant-based food relief efforts, we address food insecurity while promoting kindness, dignity, and holistic well-being. Our services are especially focused on supporting vulnerable communities, including the homeless, low-income families, international students, and victims of domestic violence.

Operating under the broader umbrella of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), our volunteers are motivated by a spirit of devotion and service. Beyond food relief, we actively engage with the community through cultural events, educational programs, and interfaith collaboration to foster unity, respect, and multicultural harmony.
