Founded in 2013 by Harinder and Maninder, after their own tragic loss left them thirsting for meaningful, sustainable support services, the Harman Foundation is modelled on a mission of delivering open, empathic support, guidance and reassurance to all multicultural community members. Since its inception, the Foundation has continued to evolve into a web of cost-free community support services, delivered by a committed group of volunteers, to address a range of individual and group needs, issues and concerns.
Mission: Provide holistic and culturally sensitive solutions to change lives and empower communities.
Vision: Build a community where individuals and families facing challenging circumstances have sustainable access to services, support and opportunities.

– Women’s Shelter HER HOUSE (Harman Foundation Empowerment & Refuge House)
– Counselling, Case management support to Men and Women
– Education and Wellbeing Seminars/Forums/Workshops
– Women, Kids, Youth, Seniors Empowerment Program
– Advocacy Services
– Food & essentials drives
– Multifaith Chaplaincy – Prisons and Hospitals
– Crisis Appeals for food and financial help
