HER Africa is an Australian-registered not forprofit organisation dedicated to empowering women, children and underserved communities through sustainable, community-led solutions that improve health, education, food security and economic opportunity. Established in Melbourne, Australia, HER Africa works primarily in Nigeria, partnering with local communities to address the root causes of poverty through innovative, locally owned and sustainable initiatives.
Our mission is to empower communities by creating pathways to self-reliance rather than dependency. We believe that lasting development is achieved when communities are equipped with the skills, resources and opportunities to drive their own progress.
