Here’s to Strength Community Wellness Collaborative Ltd is a global first; a one-stop self-care experience bridging the gap of access to vital medical, wellness and welfare services through our initiatives. Our vision simplifies self-care, preventing mental health and wellbeing decline, removing barriers and ending stigmas around mental health, invisible illness, positive body advocacy and suicide prevention.

A community wellness hub with accessible services all in one place:

• An all-day community café, open 7am to 5pm, 7 days a week serving affordable, wholesome meals (including pay-it-forward meals to support vulnerable customers).
• A small business retail store showcasing local products from Fleurieu-based creators and makers.
• Consultation rooms and hot desks rented by community members, allied health, mental health, social work, and wellbeing professionals (operating 7 days/week, 7am – 10pm, including public holidays).
• Australia’s largest 24/7 free food pantry, stocked weekly.
• Fee-free workshops, support groups, and events.
• Daily walk-in crisis support referrals.
• A community support fund which pays for the appointment costs of those experiencing mental health distress and financial hardship.

Each of these initiatives is not just a service, it is a community run, grassroots business model which contributes to the long-term sustainability of the hub and prevention of mental health decline while supporting access to self-care for the local community.
