Holistic Avenue Incorporated

Holistic Avenue is a registered charity based in regional Forbes, New South Wales, dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic and family violence and sexual assault. Established in 2018 by a group of passionate local volunteers, the organisation offers free, trauma-informed services that empower survivors to heal and rebuild their lives.

Holistic Avenue provides confidential appointments with qualified support workers who assist clients with trauma recovery, establishing healthy boundaries, and fostering safe relationships. The organisation offers advocacy and referrals for legal advice, employment, education, life skills, accommodation, medical care, and counselling. They also support clients in applying for victim compensation through the Victims Services Support Scheme and assist with completing the Sexual Assault Reporting Option (SARO) form.
To extend support beyond face-to-face appointments, Holistic Avenue has developed its own mobile application, ‘the HA App’ providing resources, self-help tools, safety planning, and quick access to services for clients needing discreet and immediate support.

Committed to inclusivity, Holistic Avenue serves individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, marital, or social status. They are stockists for Escabags and DV Safe Phone, providing essential resources like escape bags and repurposed mobile phones to those fleeing abuse.
Led by a team of experienced volunteers—including counsellors, legal professionals, and support coordinators—Holistic Avenue fosters a safe, compassionate environment for healing.
