Inclusion Melbourne is one of Australia’s leading disability and advocacy organisations, and Victoria’s longest-servicing community-based organisation of its kind.
We support people with disability including intellectual, cognitive and psychosocial and people experiencing social isolation. Working across personalised direct support, educational training and systemic reform to help people build genuine relationships, develop recreational and vocational skills, exercise full citizenship, and pursue meaningful pathways into employment and further education.
We champion rights, social justice, and self-advocacy, grounded in strong relationships and a shared vision of a fulfilling, inclusive future. Our Support Coordination team brings extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience across many parts of Australia’s disability support sector, underpinned by organisation-wide practice coaching in person-centred approaches — including Supported Decision Making, Active Support, Positive Behaviour Support, and supporting full citizenship.
Inclusion Melbourne is also a Registered Training Organisation and a systemic advocacy body, giving us reach across direct service delivery, workforce capability, and sector-level reform.
