JCP Youth is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to empowering and uplifting young people facing challenges in our community. JCP Youth is at the forefront of providing crucial support and mentorship to those who need it most.
The Core Program delivered by JCP Youth is The BEAST Program.
The ‘BEAST Program’ is a responsive, outreach, mentorship program for young people aged 11-17 years. The program offers 24/7 outreach support to participants and includes a number of overnight camps, activity days, mentor sessions, regular contact and community engagement.
The BEAST Program provides an opportunity for young people who are identified as having significant risk issues to positively influence the world around them. The program is designed for young people who are at risk of referral to, or escalation within, the Child Safety System or Youth Justice System. Young people MUST have a willingness to engage in more positive behaviours. The program works with participants to build on their life skills and their potential to be happy, healthy and positive members of their community.
