Joii is a multidisciplinary social enterprise that supports employment opportunities for disabled, long term unemployed, and parolees to return to the workforce. They are also contributing to the delivery of affordable housing through their construction division. Joii does not receive government funding and delivers services based on revenue.

Joii has assisted more than 300 people to return to the workforce and assisted disadvantaged families to secure housing with the commitment of more than $1.3 million.

Joii is introducing automated construction technology across Australia that will lower the cost of construction for all sectors particularly social and affordable housing providers and offset the lack of skilled trades. Employment candidates will be trained on new construction technologies to meet the changing environment and improve their chances to secure long term meaningful employment.
