Kevin Heinze Grow (KHG) is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people of all abilities, particularly those with disabilities, mental health challenges, and individuals experiencing social isolation through therapeutic horticulture. Inspired by the legacy of gardening advocate Kevin Heinze, who believed deeply in the healing power of gardening, our programs are designed to foster inclusion, well-being, and personal growth.

Our mission is to create opportunities for meaningful participation and development through connection to nature and community. Our vision is a society where everyone, regardless of ability, can thrive in an environment that nurtures their potential.

KHG’s inclusive programs are delivered at our purpose-built garden sites in Doncaster and Coburg, where participants engage in hands-on horticulture, creative expression, and community-building activities. Our evidence based “Grow Model” has shown measurable improvements in confidence, independence, and social engagement.

Our current priorities include:
