Koala Kids has over 25 years’ experience helping families & children that are at crisis point, and often in vulnerable situations.

Our purpose is to help struggling families who are finding it hard to make ends meet with the ever-increasing prices of food, rents and utilities. Many of these families are sending their children to school without any breakfast or lunch or both, simply because they don’t have the money to do so.

Can you imagine how hard it is for a parent to tell their children that there is not enough bread or milk for them to have any breakfast or lunch? We all assume that school’s supply meals for these children and have a Breakfast club. Well, this is not actually true, many schools do not supply breakfast at all, and some schools only supply breakfast a couple of mornings a week. So, who feeds these children? we do, we supply healthy single serve non-perishable meal packs that will last all week and will be available when they are needed to feed these children.

Each child can have one meal or several meals depending on the child’s needs. We work closely with wellbeing coordinators to make sure these meals are going to the children who needs them.
