Organisation Summary

Ladder levels the playing field for young people aged 12 to 25 to thrive.

We support young people in need of positive intervention at critical times in their lives. We build important skills, self-belief and meaningful opportunities for young people to shift their life trajectory and create the future they deserve.

The young people we support have highly complex needs and may be experiencing hardship due to trauma and adverse early life experiences.

By investing in Ladder, you are investing in a proven, place-based intervention that delivers real outcomes, breaking cycles of disadvantage, reducing long-term reliance on social services, and strengthening the community as a whole. Your support will help us sustain life-changing programs and prevent disruptions that could set young people back at a crucial point in their journey.
