“Let’s start the chat” is an Australian health promotion charity with a mission of increasing youth awareness to the impacts of problematic alcohol & other drug use and encourage positive communication as a means of early intervention, and reduce stigmatisation surrounding substance addictions.
We offer multiple services, free to Australians under the age of 25, such as our individualised support program “NextGen”, which offers therapy and recovery planning with mental health specialists. We also run a Youth Outreach Program for schools and other organisations, which helps spread effective communication as means of early intervention.
We are constantly campaigning and advertising our message of effective and compassionate support to those struggling, and the importance of mental health support for Young Australians.
